About MSRTC - The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, commonly known as MSRTC or ST, is the government-operated bus service serving routes within Maharashtra, India, as well as neighboring states.

About This App - This application is designed for passengers of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC). It aims to provide users with bus information and assistance. The app displays your current location on the map (if your phone GPS is enabled) along with nearby bus stops. Alternatively, users can manually select a stop. Once your position or chosen stop is detected, the app displays all buses operating in the vicinity on the map. By selecting a bus icon on the map, users can access details such as route, bus number, and current location at the bottom panel of the screen.

Bus Stand Near Me – This feature allows users to locate nearby bus stands or stops based on their current geo-location. Users can view the upcoming bus timetable for the identified stand and access the mobile Passenger Information System (PIS) to see details of all upcoming and departing buses from that location.

Track Your Bus – Through this feature, passengers can track an MSRTC bus running on a specific route by entering its bus number. The searched bus is then displayed on the screen, and users can click on the "more" button to view its current location on a live map along with route information.

Trip Planner - This functionality enables users to search for a single bus or a combination of buses to travel between two destinations. The app provides information on journey duration, distance between stops, available buses, departure timings, and assigned buses for the chosen route.

Passenger Information System (PIS) - The mobile version of PIS offers users real-time updates on Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) and Scheduled Time of Departure (STD) for buses leaving or arriving at specific stations or stops.

Route Search – Users can search for buses operating on a particular route between two stops based on service type. For example, users interested in knowing the schedule of Shivneri Bus between Dadar and Swargate can easily find this information on the app by entering the source and destination stops. The app displays route details like name, number, total distance, and service type along with all covered bus stops.

Emergency – This section caters to emergency situations with a focus on women's safety. Users have access to multiple options for help and support in scenarios such as requiring assistance, bus breakdowns, medical emergencies, or accident reporting. Users can select the appropriate option within the mobile app.

My Favourite – In this section, commuters can view their favorite routes, PIS updates, and saved buses within the app.

Feedback – Users can share their feedback via this feature to contribute towards service enhancement and further improvements.
